This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Misfitlinks (“Service”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use lander.rs to build, publish, and manage landing pages.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, you must stop using the Service.

2. Company Information

We are Filip Rastovic PR Sremska Kamenica, the Owner and Data Controller of Misfitlinks, located at Slavka Rodica 40, 21208 Sremska Kamenica, Serbia.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).
  • Page content: the text, images, links, and AI prompts you use to build your pages.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, device, and operating system.
  • Usage data: pages created, login activity, and how you interact with the Service.
  • Payment information: when you subscribe to a paid plan or pay for a custom domain, payment is processed by our third-party payment providers (see Section 6). We do not store your card number or full payment details.

We do not require government ID, passport details, or photographs — only the minimum information needed to operate your account and the Service.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above solely to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including hosting and publishing your pages;
  • communicate with you, including account, billing, and support notifications;
  • generate page content when you use the AI page generator;
  • monitor, analyze, and improve the Service.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences (such as language), and understand how the Service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the Service may not work correctly without them.

6. Third-Party Services

To operate the Service, we rely on third-party providers who process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. These include:

  • Hosting: our infrastructure provider hosts the Service and the pages you publish.
  • Email delivery: a transactional email provider sends account, notification, and support emails on our behalf.
  • AI page generation: when you use the AI generator, your prompt is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate page content.
  • Payment processing: subscriptions and custom domain purchases are processed by third-party payment providers, which may include card, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency-based processors.
  • Analytics: we may use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Beyond the third-party providers described in Section 6, we only share information:

  • where required by law or legal process;
  • where necessary to fulfil our obligations to you, for example when working with payment providers;
  • where you have given your consent.

8. Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including hashed passwords and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information you transmit to us.

9. Data Retention

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for, or until you request deletion of your account.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including Serbia and the locations of our hosting and service providers. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The Administration may amend this Policy without prior notice; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. Material changes will, where possible, also be communicated via email.
