Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lander.rs (the “Service”), operated by Filip Rastovic PR Sremska Kamenica (“we”, “us”, “Misfitlinks”). By creating an account, publishing a page, making a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Company Information

We are Filip Rastovic PR Sremska Kamenica, the Owner and operator of Misfitlinks, located at Slavka Rodica 40, 21208 Sremska Kamenica, Serbia.

3. Description of Service

Misfitlinks is a website builder that lets you create, publish, and host landing pages using a drag-and-drop editor and, optionally, AI-generated content. You can publish pages for free under a lander.rs address (e.g. lander.rs/your-page). Paid plans and add-ons — such as connecting your own custom domain — are available as described on our pricing page and are subject to Section 7 below.

The Service is provided to you on an “AS IS” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service, or any page built with it, will achieve any particular business, marketing, or financial result.

4. Account Registration

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to create, publish, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
• contains malware, phishing, or attempts to deceive visitors;
• promotes violence, hate speech, or unlawful discrimination;
• violates the policies of our payment, hosting, AI, or other service providers.

We reserve the right to remove content, unpublish pages, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

6. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text, images, and other material you upload or create using the Service (“Your Content”). By publishing Your Content, you grant us a license to host, store, transmit, and display it as needed to operate and provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have all necessary rights to use it. All other content on Misfitlinks — including the platform's design, software, branding, and trademarks — is the property of Filip Rastovic PR Sremska Kamenica or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it without permission.

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

Paid features (such as custom domain connections) are billed through our third-party payment providers and may involve recurring subscription billing or a one-time payment, as described at checkout. Prices are shown before you complete a purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the period already paid for.

We may change our prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect a period you have already paid for. Due to the nature of digital services, once a paid feature has been activated, fees are generally non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.

You agree to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. If you believe a payment was made in error, was unauthorized, or a paid feature was not delivered due to a fault on our part, contact us within 24 hours of payment using the details in Section 14.

9. Service Availability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do our best to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Misfitlinks and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. All decisions you make based on the Service, including any content, recommendations, or AI-generated material, are made at your own risk. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create increased risk for us or our service providers, or if required to do so by law or by our payment or hosting providers. Suspension or termination does not affect any obligations that arose before that point. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and any pages you published may be taken offline.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will, where possible, also be communicated via email.
